Try this. Click show full image and also remember to crop your pictures please. I tried to enlarge but failed to see much of any doubling from the one picture. Sorry.
Looks like a Doubled die to me. But next time just crop it so the coin is easier to see. I had to zoom way in on my pc to see it.
Pivoted hub doubling (forget what the class number is) The point the die is pivoting arouns is located close the rim between 7 and 8:00. The closer you are to the pivot point the less doubling there will be. The name is the farthest thing away for the piviot point so it shows the most doubling.
