    Hi, if you could include pics of the coins close up both obverse and reverse and edges of the coins that would help to truly identify.

    Hard to tell from the photo. Better lighting and focus would help. Seems like I see a Blakesley effect though.

    It's 2 Curved Planchet Clips (not chips) with 2 Blakesley Effects opposite from each clip.
