    corrosion, and maybe a
    liquid that dried on the surface
    of the coin.

    Look at all the enviornmental damage
    to the surfaces

    No I haven't bathed it. I thought it could be corrosion too, but seemed to look like it could be something cause of how far away it was. I agree. Corrosion thanks.

    Almost looks like a soft strike double die, but probably a broken die. Also the e in America is funny.
