Dont know what this is

    I have a 1992 P nickel that had a "scratch" or "cut" through it. Im not really up on errors so I dont know if it is one or just plane damage. the 9 in the 19 part of the date is half chopped of. I put a picture of it put it is to blurry to see the date just the line through the cion. thanks for looking.
