dominican specimen?!!!!!!!!!!!

    are they real specimen or just for fun

    most of the countries have some sort of specimen note that they print up. they usually bring a premium because they are usually short printed. i know a lot of the specimens from the american bank note company have holes punched in them in different parts of the note itself. i have also seen specimen punched into the note with small holes.

    Perfectly legit notes in my opinion but dont know if the Doninican's use stars to represent replacement notes or not so cant comment on that aspect :smile

    'Muestra sin valor' translates to 'Sample without value'

    i second De Orcs comment. I am unsre if they use stars to represent replacement notes or not.. will have to check my books when i get home. One thing though, that with stars on both ends, it could just be a placeholder.
