Dolphins are depicted on so many ancient Greek and Roman coins I thought it might be nice to post all our examples here. Please post em if you got em.

This first coin is from Corinth. The obverse depicting Pegasus was apparently struck with a very worn die. The reverse depicts Athena in a Corinthian helmet. The reverse fields are decorated with a dolphin and a palmette.

    CORINTHIA, Corinth
    AR Stater

    8.29 grams, 21 mm
Obv: Pegasos w/ artfully pointed wing flying left
Rev: Head of Athena left wearing Corinthian helmet, porpoise above and palmette behind.
Grade: aVF with beautiful toning and unusual fine style on both obverse & reverse. Athena, porpoise, and palmette are strong. Pegasos is softly struck possibly from worn dies.
Other: Ex Christies Oct 1983 lot #25. From Dr Saslow coins Nov 2011.

    Here's a nice example of a dolphin.
Truth in disclosure: I don't own this coin, but I've been obsessing over it lately and it's taking a lot of will power to keep me from pulling the trigger.

Not worth the $400, ive seen it on ebay and others. Majority is overpriced. Its a nice coin but if you want silver, AVG ones of titus can be had for low $100s.
