The $5 Note is worth a small premium due to the cool serial number..
The 1999 $10 Star Note was Printed in Fort Worth Texas and distributed out of the Atlanta Fed Bank and is worth 35.00 in Gem Condition.
The New $10 Money with color is a common note worth it's face only..

Keep the first two in a nice place free from humidity and in a mylar sleeve.

the $5 bill is worth keeping beacuse of the cool serial number. you can see if its cool at www.coolnumbers.com. i keep anything with a uci of 95% or higher. the $10 bill is a common star note with 14,115,200 printed. if you need the money, spend it. if you don't, keep it. you can see if its rare here. i usually keep every star note i find, but everyone's different. as for the colored $10 bills, these are the newer $10 bills and are very common. if you notice, its the 2004 series. just as he said above, you need some money plasic holders for these notes so they don't get torn or wrinkled.

The $5 is a radar. It is worth slightly more than it's face value and also depend greatly on it's condition.
