Dollar coin sba

    If someone will take the time to look at the rim where the reeds line up with the damage that goes from the rim into the obverse and reverse, also there is one section that has a gold color mashed in with the silver color.

    If you have a copy of the Red Book of United States Coins, you will learn that the composition of the Suzy B. is an outer layer of .750 copper and .250 nickel bonded to an inner core of pure copper.

    If you don't have a copy of this book, you might want to consider buying one. It's published every year.

    Your coin is not a Mint error, just PMD, and is only worth face value.

    Not a mint error of any kind

    Suggestion.. Create your future threads over at the Error Coins forum.. First find out what you have. Worry about value last. Not everything that looks strange is automatically a mint error.
