I believe you have a radar bill, because the first 3 numbers are exactly opposite from the last 3. A lot of folds and creases. There are people who collect them. Can check this out: http://www.iccurrency.com/fs_radar.htm Not sure about the accuracy of the values listed.
A true radar can be read forward or backward such as 12344321. The center two numbers will always be the same. If your bill had 10477401 or 10400401 then it would have been a radar note. Repeaters have either the same two groups of four, 12341234, or four matching pairs, 12121212. Solid serial numbers are the best especially all ones, sevens or eights.
I see these kind of things as a novelty item. With any novelty there are always collectors but if you took it into a coin shop they wouldn't bat an eye at it.
Many of these "novelty" items sell for hundreds of dollars. Fancy serial number bills are actively collected by serious collectors. Most coin shops would buy fancy numbered notes and how much they pay depends on the note and, unfortunately, how little they can get away with paying. As with any numismatic specialty do your homework before you sell and then sell to a reputable dealer who specializes in what you have.
