If is truly crisp, then I would keep it if I didn't already have one. It's only costing you a dollar to set it back.
Notes printed at the DC facility have small font numbers for their back plates. Notes printed at the FW facility have a larger font for the back plate number. A DC back plate, number 295 was used on some of the FW notes. Thus a mule was born! Here is a good write up and some photos. Hope this helps, Michael

Think about it like this...put yourself back in time to 1899 or earlier.... You say to your farmer friend next farm over...well the corn crop was great this year and I made $10 extra dollars that what I thought I would...the bank gave me this $10 note and it's really new....I think I will put it back for a few years.... One day a member of that farmers family say's ...WOW !! Great Grand Dad was a smart cookie for doing that!! Thanks Gramps...
