Does this look like a partial doubled G on 1995 cent?

    image.jpg image.jpg After looking at this for a second time, I noticed that the G looks doubled on the front. It's definetly raised and not flat.

    I'm only using my loupe and phone. I know it's not the best and others can't get a good look at what I'm seeing.
