Hello, just wanted to know if this 1941 wheat penny mint mark looks normal or not? Just curious, thanks!
In 1941, 2 varieties are associated with the mint mark. They are known as the Large S and Small S varieties. Yours appears to be the Large S, used in the latter part of 1941. So, there are fewer of them. When it comes to nickels, this increase the value about 10x, especially in higher grades. This may be true of Cents too. Yours appears to be a Large S, but a better image would solidify that. Welcome to CT!
