Does notching =doubled die?

    So ive been going through a boatload of Kennedys lately while CRH. Ive found 1 that shows what i beloeve is notching on the sw corner of the B and the tip of the top left corner on the T in LIBERYY. As i see really no reference to this 1971 philly with a DDO. I have also found others with notching or "split tip" in the same top left corner of T in LIBERTY. So....my question is, does nothing or a split at the corner or tip always mean thats a hub doubled die? Im sorry but my camera blows and wont focus in enough for a good pick. Love to hear your feedback....thanks
