Does my 2002 Roosevelt dime have an error?

the dime on the left is the coin I think is a coin error and the coin on the left is just a dime

Looks like a vice job using a washer to make that.

 

whatever you want to believe even though I didn't

 

Something was placed over the dime and
pressed down. What you see on it all occurred
after the coin was in circulation. It did not come
out of the US Mint like that, I can assure you.

It's a damaged coin, and not an error of any kind or type.
