does it have any added value?

    i got a 20 with the serial number of ED00000885B, it is in circulted condition and is a 2004 series

    I may be wrong but I believe it's only worth about $25-$30. If it was uncirculated and was a 2 digit # (ED00000088B) it would be worth much more.

    If it was solid eights (ED88888888B) and uncirculated it would be worth over $1000.

    I've sold such notes on Ebay before for a very modest premium, not much demand in my limited experience.
