I can rarely find a coin not worth keeping, but if you're keeping it for error purposes, it's not very far off and most error collectors wouldn't keep it in their collection.
Personally, no... (but I feel that way about everything). However, it's your collection, so keep if you like, or dump if you don't. No one else should tell you what to collect or enjoy.

Looks more like a Misaligned Die than off center, is it off center on both sides. Misaligned die means that the die itself was off center and usually only one side is off center.
It's only off on one side. Like I said, I don't know much about them. Glad I posted this, I learned something new.
