I have no IDEA!! Looks like someone put a hole in it. How did you get it?

 

Arabic - probably Turkish, maybe Egyptian, based on use of the toughra symbol (central design of the lower photo).

Wait until Carlinhos wanders by - he reads that stuff.

 

Yes, it does have a hole punched in it. I got it in a lot of tokens I bought.

Satootoko, Yes I agree that it is probably Arabic.
