Does anyone have a list of Alexander III monograms?

There are hundreds of monograms on the Macedonian-style tetradrachms. I'd like a table showing the monograms and the Price catalog numbers that feature them.

As I had mentioned, I was able to translate Liampi's work on the "anonymous" Macedonian coins (shield coins). Really cool stuff! And in it, it does contain a couple diagrams of some different monograms (not nearly the hundreds found on all of the tets) nor all the Price info. If you would like it, PM me your email I would be happy to send over the original as well as the translated into English versions.
Also, I recently purchased Martin Price's Coins of the Macedonians. I can check to see if that has any in it as well once I get home. Though that is a hard copy so I would have to take pics. Sadly, it didn't have as much on the shield coins as I was hoping. Would you happen to know the name of his book that goes over the shield coins?
