I am wondering if anybody knows the catalog value of a 1973+ 1974 Nepal proofsets.Also the price of a 1965 Austria proofset in the original box? Thanks
Krause lists the 1973 with an issue price of $10 and a market value of $6; and the full 7- coin 1974 with the an issue price of $10 and a market value of $7.50. There is also a 2-coin '74 issued at $50 with a $42 market value. No issue price is given for the 7-coin Austrian '65, with a market value of $10; while the 4-coin version was issued at $5 and has a $42.50 market value. Proof set market values normally include original packaging in decent condition.
The rarest Austrian proof set from the 1960's that one has to look for is the 1967,as the 2 Groschen only came in the proof sets. Aidan.
