Do you think those two are Theodosius II?

There are some coins on auction which have been attributed as Theodosius II:

I just want to ask any members with knowledge: Do you agree they are both minted by Theodosius II? And is the last one minted in Antioch?

I have searched in wildwinds and I cannot find any match or RIC-reference.

Also, the legends are blundered or out of flan, and I am not sure it should be read as “Theodosius”. – Many names of emperors end with “us” and it could also be let say Honorius.

So, all in all: Do you KNOW it is Theodosius minted in Antioch? Can we be sure to identify them?

I have doubt, but lemme hear you folks.

    Thank you

The inscription on the obverse of the second coin looks more like [DN] HONORIVS PF AVG, which would make it Honorius, not Theodosius II. Not sure about the first coin, obverse legend is hard to read. Both coins look like Antioch mintmark.
