i picked this up the other day from work. i have had it for quite some time in my drawer at work. it came from a new strap of $2's from the BEP. i noticed on a lot of the straps of $2's we get the top note does has very small amounts of ink smear. this note had more. i was just curious if this would go under the error category and maybe carry a premium. i know quite a bit about US currency just not about error notes. check it out. any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

you can see the ink smears in the seal and the serial #

No , and 99 percent of 001 or 0001 notes will have some kind of smear as they are the notes on the top of the brick when it is shrink wrapped !
