Do you see evidence od a RPM...D/D

Took a chance at our club auction and bought this washington which was billed as a 1952 D/D.

Not sure I buy it....but I'm green on spotting this stuff

Oh man I already looked at CONECA listing and yes, I have the light die crack. If thus I'd a D/D it's RPM-002, D/D to the south. It's just not what other RPMS look like to me, but then again, I've never really identified one in hand.
