ebay, (after we finish the deal through ebay, ) , Can I talk with him freely

and make other deals with him (without the help of ebay) , Can ebay allow

    it.

If ebay don't allow this , Can the law come to the side of the buyer and

seller, and the law can determine that ebay is not right?

    Thank you.

once you have completed the obligation of the one auction on ebay you can do anything you want, so long as you are not talking about another listed auction. I have people that I met on ebay that I deal directly with now.

    Nothing wrong with doing that.
Same thing as winning on eBay, then walking into the dealer's store and buying there too.
    That's outside of eBay's jurisdiction.

Just don't communicate through the eBay messaging system.

AND you no longer have the buyer's protection that eBay offers (such as it is.)

Yes you can. Don't do the trading under eBay though; supply alternate e-mail addresses.
