so ive seen quite a few pennies that could have the w. they never turn out to be though. theres always a (forgetting my terminology again) looks like a spot that got poked through the copper and now corrosion is taking place making some sort of blob or image. problem is most of these marks have been exactly where the w would be. ive been discarding these and now i found this one. best pic i can get so far, but looks like half a worn w. compare to this http://www.coinsandcanada.com/coins-prices.php?coin=1-cent-1998&years=1-cent-1965-2010
