It looks to me to be a Drachme minted in Alexandria Egypt bust of Hadrian on the Obverse, I believe Isis Pharia on the rev. with Sistrum (musical instrument). similar to this example: if real, yours would be worth possibly 30 USD? Just an estimate but your example is so worn it wouldnt be worth much.
If the date on the reverse is legible, it will be worth more. Unfortunately, I cannot tell from your pictures.
The date would not be in arabic numerals, as on our coins. It would be three Greek letters: look for LIZ, LIH, or LKB.
