The one on the left is close, the one on the right is wide.

Totally understandable. I know absolutely nothing about phone cameras. My old Star Trek flip phone has a camera on it. Really don't know how to work it, I've only had it for about five years now. But I have heard and seen on eBay there is a close-up lens attachment for phones to get those real close-ups of coins. You may want to check it out.:blackalien::snaphappy:

It's not as much getting close ups as it is getting clear pictures. A normal sized clear picture is so much better than a blurry close up.

My phone company keeps want me to upgrade my phone. And I tell them all I use my phone for is to talk to another person, nothing more. And I tell them I can do everything with my tablet just as easy as a smart phone. And I'm not paying that high phone bill. They don't like that. And last month they even called and lowered my cell phone bill $20. So much for idle chatter. There are members out there with a lot better eyesight than mine and I know you'll get the help you're looking for. Keep collecting.:):blackalien:

Ignore the actual distances because that can vary depending on die wear and whether or not the die has been polished. So don't study the separation between the A and M. Just take a quick overall impression of the whole AME group. First impression does the M look centered between the A and E or does it look offset to the left. If your first impression is that it looks centered it's a Wide AM.
