I have a lot of stars that i have kept that were less than 640,000 print and several 320,000 print or less. I don't tend to keep any that are higher. Are circulated notes from these lower runs of any premium over face value?
I would also like to know about these perticular notes just because they have cool serial numbers or low serial numbers.
    2004 $20 EK00090090* 384K run
    2004 $20 EK00008071* 384K run
    2003A $100 FB00008822* 160K run
    2003A $100 FB00008823* 160K run
    2006 $5 IF01280128* 3.2mil run
    2003A $2 F00198875* 320K run also I believe it's a birthday note
    2003A $2 F00198876* 320K run also I believe this to be a birthday note

Any replys or help will be appreciated

    rickmp Frequently flatulent.

Nice finds, MK! I believe they will all carry a premium. All of them would be very desirable to note collectors. I certainly would like to have them.

Can we see pics or scans? I and others would love to see their condition and that will be necessary to give you any values.

    PS. :welcome:to CT!

    2006 $5 IF01280128* 3.2mil run-$5-$7
    2003A $2 F00198875* 320K run also I believe it's a birthday note-$75 for GEM condtion
    2003A $2 F00198876* 320K run also I believe this to be a birthday note-$75 for GEM
Did you buy all these, or did you find them? If you found them amoung circulation, that would be the first time I've ever heard someone find the 2003A $2 *'s in circulation. How? Haha, nice!

Welcome to CoinTalk MKent. When dealing with star notes, most will carry a premium, but how much of a premium is dependent on their condition. tbudwiser has given values in Choice Uncirculated condition for the notes, but keep in mind that lower quality will reduce the premium. Worn notes will carry a few dollars as a premium. The best advice is to get an idea as to the grade of the notes and post them here. Then we can give a more accurate idea of their worth.

That I did. I guess I should have clarified that though, huh? Sorry about that. Those value are for uncirculated or at minimum AU conditions.

Thanks for the info I did find all these I don't know enough to buy paper money, but I'm trying to learn it's fun going through straps. I also have some tellers that keep stars for me but they keep the blue seals and red seals when they find them.

If you could post pictures of some of them, that would be cool too. That is, if you were interested in getting more detailed prices...
