Do i have an error indian head penny?

What do you guys think, i think there called rotated die. Also what do think the value is of it. Thanks

No, you do not have an error coin. Rotated dies are considered very minor errors, but only when the rotation is greater than 15-20%. Yours does not appear to be rotated at all. Your coin is also harshly cleaned. The value of your cent is probably a couple of dollars.
