Do common date/grade Rattlers still command a premium?

It's been over 10 years since I've discussed or read about plastic collecting, however I recall the rage around rattlers was they were more conservatively graded and hence there was a premium for them.
10 years removed, is there still a premium for common date 82 Carson City in ms63 such as https://www.ebay.com/itm/186091898718?

If so, what sort of premiums are you seeing on common date/common grade rattlers in the market these a days?

It appears to me that the seal has been tampered with or broken. I could be wrong but it's my opinion only. Good luck.

    1) That not a rattler; it's OGH (old green holder)
    2) There have been plenty of threads about rattlers and old holders
    3) The premiums for rattlers are about as high as ever...we might have peaked at some point in 2022 and prices have softened a bit (or at least items aren't moving as quickly at those same levels) but you will not find prices anywhere near pre-2020 levels

There is definitely a preference for 'first sight', i.e. fresh rattlers out of dear old Dad's SDB now that he's dead. Those are great upgrade or bean candidates regardless of what PCGS says about standards not changing.

There is also a tax as it were on ugly. Those rattlers that have been kicking around the market for 10 years because they were ugly then are still ugly and nobody wants them.

Not from me. I hate the rattle holders because they rattle and they don't fit in the conventional storage boxes. When I see a coin in a rattle holder, I try to avoid it unless it's something I really want and have searched to find for a long time.

I think this one from my collection would go a couple ticks higher today...
