Do All Current (2019-20) PCGS Holders Have Embedded Holograms?

    A simple question, but search as I might, I cannot find a simple, consistent, straightforward answer. I have found language at the PCGS site which **implies** they do, but I cannot find an explicit statement to that effect. There are certainly a TON of coins on eBay with no hologram, but we all know how reliable eBay is.

    Does anyone here know the truth?

    I guess no one knows. If no one here can answer a simple question like that, is it any wonder that there is so much distrust and even acrimony in this hobby?
