I just went through a roll of Franklins I bought recently and 90% of them have spots and some sort of hazy toning to them. Is there a way I can get rid of that?
I answered the same question earlier today - http://www.cointalk.com/t220026/ One thing you might want to remember, when you buy a roll of Frankies, or Walkers, or silver Washingtons, or whatever - you can pretty much expect the coins to be in the same condition as this roll was.
