Dime with "U" & more on obverse by nose/forehead

  1. Here is what I assume is a Clashed Die, any thoughts? Typical or rare? & I apologize for junk pics

    If it were a clash, the "U" would be upside down.

    It certainly appears to me to be from a clashed die.

    Certainly looks like a die clash. To answer your question about rarity, typical die clashes can range from common to uncommon. It isn't rare, but it is a cool find.
