    I just sent a coin to NGC to be graded just like yours. One dealer told me that it has greater value after its been graded. Mine was a 1970 dime. Mint errors are hard to value but being graded helps their value at auction.

    Your dime looks tarnished. If the coin in question is on the right in the photo of the edge I can see the copper core and clad layer.
