Someone punched it with something sharp. See how the dent on the reverse (back) is right under the bump on the obverse (front)? This is damage, not an error. The coin is worth ten cents, as long as you aren't trying to feed it to a machine that rejects it. Looks like you've posted a duplicate thread, too; you can use the Report link under that post to ask the moderators to delete it.
