Is this an error? Looks like the I and N didn't print completely, and there looks like there is something wrong with the ear
I can't really tell by the quality of the picture, but if there is any error there it would be mechanical doubling- quite common and no added value
Welcome to Coin Talk, Michelle. I did not see anything on your coin that looked out of the ordinary. The weakness you asked about usualy is caused by dirt and grease getting impacted into the die.
