Dime error?? need help

    Going through a roll of dimes, I found a slightly smaller roosevelt dime. with a all copper color rim. Is this struck on the wrong plantchet?

    That happens sometimes, it seems like the coin is struck too hard and it creates a really deep rim. I have a few like that, they never have any reeding either.
