Different coin

    Weighing exactly one gram and measuring 10 mm., this tiny bronze coin does look strange to me. I can't make sure whether I have a wheel or a palm tree on the obverse. Resolution is at 600 dpi. Glad to read your comments. B1g O.jpg B1g R.jpg

    Looks like a marijuana leaf. Must have been made by ancient hippies. ;)

    Sorry 7Cal, I can't make any more of it than you can......perhaps Judean or that geographical area??

    Where did you come upon it?? I assume in an 'uncleaned lot'?

    I also thought it might be Judean. The coin, I remember, was among a mixture of Roman, Greek, Phoenician and Judean coins. I noticed the coin today in my old box and was intrigued by its size and vague figures.
