I recently found a 5 chf coin from 1979, and noticed that the obverse and reverse sides point in opposite directions (i.e. like U.S. and most ancient coins). I compared this to other Swiss francs I am in possession of, though be it few, and they all have the obverse and reverse pointed in the same direction (i.e. like Canadian and Euro coins). I was just curious if that is an error or not, or if anyone has any information on this. I have tried researching it, and came up with nothing. Thanks in advance.
