Hi all. Doing another variety of the day. This one is a rotated RPM listed as 1945D-1MM-015 on coppercoins.com, and shows split upper and lower serifs. This coin was initially sent to me as a normal piece to add to my wheat set I am working on, but upon closer inspection it turned out to be an RPM in XF condition! Amazing what you can find with just a little bit of looking.
    Enjoy.

Fantastic example of #15. If not for your nice powered microscope, this one would be easily missed.

Thank you for the comment. As I have said before, I really recommend buying a scope for searching. Although not as portable as a loupe, it is far superior in searching ability. I probably wouldn't have picked this variety out if I was simply looking through a loupe.
