    Hi all,

It's that time again! Die variety of the day! This one I managed to pick out of a bunch of unsearched wheats. At first I thought it was a coincidental die gouge/dent, but then I checked coppercoins.com and matched it up to 1944D-1MM-011. Enjoy!

I think I mentioned it in a previous post somewhere. I use a NASCO scope that is really meant for a science classroom, but works well for searching. If money is not an issue, check out amscope.com and see if you like anything there. If you are on a tight budget however, I would suggest finding a cheap USB microscope to start you off. Happy hunting!

Very nice. Thanks for the learning.

I also echo the start cheap to start. I use a 16X loupe ($15), very cheap kiddie 20X-40X scope ($10), and a $50 USB 20X-400X scope.
