It looks more like lamination or toning to me, but the pics are a little too small for me to be sure.
Hello,& welcome to the forum. In my opinion the issue is post mint damage. I don't see it as a die crack & a lamination error usually has a different look to it .But without the coin in hand it is difficult to say 100%.
I'm quite confident that this is a lamination error. Sometimes these are called "lamination cracks". The metal is cracking and lifting up, probably because of impurities in the alloy.
