    No, it's a plating bubble/blister. Early Zinc cents are notorious for them. Occasionally, the show up as long streaks. It doesn't have any additional value

    Yep - improper copper plating bubble(s).

    Still easily found, and 97% of them don't carry a premium,
    unless it covers a large area, or there are many many of them.

    Your's is about 'average' for the long shaped bubble/blister.
    It's an interesting conversation piece, but as mentioned above,
    has no numismatic error premium like that, imo.
