How do I tell for sure if this is a scratch or a die crack?

By your pictures it appears to be a scratch. A die crack will be raised. A scratch will have displaced metal and a low area.

A die crack/scratch will be raised. a PMD scratch will be concave.

Didn't word my question right! I understand a die crack will be raised as the metal will fill the crack. What I meant to ask is there an easy way to tell which is a scratch and which is a die crack. I have looked at this coin from all different directions and just can't tell for sure! Some angles it looks raised and other angles it looks incuse. Just looking for a way to eliminate doubt! Thanks!!!

For those I set them aside and look at it again in the morning, maybe in different light. Most die cracks start at the rim and work their way into the center of the coin..

I'm thinking two die scratches. I see no disturbance of arch material, only field material which would preclude PMD, IMO.
