As you can see in the photos this is 1994-D Lincoln Penny.
What type error or damage would this be classified as ?

It almost looks like some acetone will remove your error... is it glue?

I agree Abe, that looks like glue or varnish.

    It is concave NOT convex

I was thinking to myself ... these guys must really be blind ... then I looked at my 1st set of photos and thought WOW it could look like glue on the penny. So I tried taking new photos to illustrate that the problem area is concave not convex. So after you adjust your perspectives to realize it is a portion of the coin missing and not something on the surface of the coin , please tell me what would cause this.

Oh and Yes I did change my avatar to the Un Peseta coin because it is the prettiest coin I have ever owned over my long 2 months of coin collecting.

If it's incuse then it must be a struck through of unknown origin.

Sorry for the long delay in responding.

It is normal in it's thickness when laid next to other pennies.
