Die crack or circulation?

    i have 2 2001 North Carolina quarters. I compared them side by side. I noticed 2 dots on the one on the right that wasn’t on the left. I’m new so I’m poking for opinions. image.jpg image.jpg

    Thank you. I didn’t think it would be worth more than face value. I’m trying to learn how to tell the difference between the two. I couldn’t tell from the very early basic skills I have
