Die clash?

Is this an example of a die clash? I found it this morning.

It may be a faint image of the Memorial. Look on the reverse and see if you can see an inverted "Y" between the second and third columns from the left.

Yes, I believe it is a light clash. Heavier clashes look like Lincoln is behind bars.
