    Bill,

I agree that that is a Die Clash below Lincoln's ear! However, I don't think the line from the back of Lincoln's hair through his' face is a mis-aligned Die Clash mark. Not quite sure what it is but if it was a mis-aligned Die Clash mark, then there would be more Die Clashing evidence to the South or North and in proximity with the line. Air bubble lines, Die scratch lines and Gouges lines can be found on many of the Copper plated Zinc Lincoln Cents and I have seen some that are extremely long.

if you look close to where the arrows are, there are 3 lines going north and south. better pics would be great, but this is as good as I can get for now. I didnt think the line was anything either, just circled it, just in case. do you see the lines with the arrows? BILL

Arrows, I don't even see the indians. The coin is a mis-aligned die with clash marks.

You can make out the corner of the Memorial Building under the neck.

I think it is a die clash also.

    Bill,

I see what you mean but I still don't think that these lines are part of a mis-aligned Die Clash or even in respect to the line running from the back of Lincoln's hair East Northeast across his' face. If you look closer, these lines indicated by the arrows, do not run perpendicular with the afore-mentioned line and the afore-mentioned line appears too far towards the center of the coin to be a mis-aligned Die Clash unless the Die Clash was struck off-center which can't happen.

Off-center die clashes CAN happen but they are rare. However with the pictures provided I would have to agree that I see no evidence of this.
