Die chip? Trying to learn

Old beat up LWC, a hit or chip between B and E in Liberty?. Any opinion appreciated. I say die chip, I know they're common on these.

It looks like a BIE can you get more focused and closer pictures

Yes, it downloaded. That's chipped off part of the die. They call them BIEs when they happen in that area.
