did the edge lettering error come from mint rolls or regular circulation rolls?

    did thepresidential dollar edge lettering error come from mint rolls? or regular circulation rolls? or both?

    There is no difference in the coins. The same coins that went into mint rolls went into bank rolls.

    I've heard of them coming from both sources. I've also heard of some coming from Satin Finish mint sets as well.
