Did anyone buy the 2008 Presidential Unc Set?

I was curious as to whether or not anyone purchased one of these sets? I was wondering if the coins have the unc satin finish or if they are reg circulation strikes? I looked at them on the mint website and it appears to me that they are different from the mint set coins, but I can't imagine the mint doing so.
